COMMIT to doing 2 strong personal invitations each and every day. When you commit to 2 a day, 10 a week , the law of average will work in your favor. There is safety in numbers in our business.
EDIFY the tool you are sharing. Edify the stories in the Four Year Career Book. Edify the video before you share it. Edify the results the Five Day pack will give them and most importantly edify your up-line on a three way call. Don't make yourself the issue and don't let your limiting believes stop you from taking action. Your job is just to share and educate and let them make the decision if this is for them or not. Don't pre-judge
CONNECT the dot for them as you guide them through our 3 step prospecting system. Honor their objections and concerns. Connect with them on a personal level by using statements like, "Yes, I know what you mean" and use examples of the same problems that you were experiencing or the story of a team member that you know with the same issues. As we take them through the video, sampling the product, the Four Year Career and the three way call we will connect the dot's for them to show them how anyone can built wealth in network marketing and in as short as 3 to 5 years they can get ahead financially without leaving their current job or career and by working the business around the schedule of their family.
Duplication in our business is the only thing that really matters. Without true duplication we will never be able to enjoy the freedom that our industry offers. Eric Worre says, "Without true duplication we don't have a NM business we have a job." Duplication gives us leverage and when done right we can have massive success.
Successful people like Jarred Burnett, Margie Aliprandi and our very own Kimmy Everette have proven that when you have a great, easy to follow duplicatable system in place your efforts of recruiting 60 to 90 people can turn into a massive team of 40,000 to 60,000 members. How does having 60,000 people working for you earning you $50,000 a month sound to you?
If you really desire those kind of results it's crucial that you follow the same steps with every prospect you talk to. It doesn't matter how experience you think they are or how well you know them. Always following the same system will take the guess work out for your new team members. A good system will help your new team members take immediate action. That immediate action will create successful team members and stability in your team. And the same simplicity will help your prospects say yes to your opportunity because they will be able to say, 'I can do that!"
I love the the beginning of every month because it's filled with new opportunities and endless possibilities. About a week before the month ends I review my goals, my team numbers and the actions I took towards my goal to help me prepare to set my new goals for the next month.

This is so true in Network Marketing. If a system is in place that has proven results time and time again we are guarantee to succeed IF we follow the system and the training in place.
Our job description is to ...
1. Use the product
2. Generically recommend our favorite products
3. Share our business opportunity with those who are open to just taking a look at our video or whatever tool the company recommends.
When we do #2 and #3 enough times a ration will appear. In the beginning one out of ten people we talk to will join our business. But if we stay consistent with our actions our skill will improve. In turn our ration will also improve. When we can get to two out of ten we start getting momentum an the law of averages will appear as long as we continue to take consistent daily action. The law of averages will guarantee stable long-term results. Our next step is to plug our team into the proven system in place to show them how to do the same thing. And that's when our business starts getting fun. The Law of Geometric Progression will take over and we will start to create a team of business partners all working towards a common goal.
Geometric Progression = Leverage.
Sounds easy right? So why do so many fail in network marketing? Because we tend to focus on the when and not the what. We don't allow enough time or take enough action to let the law of average appear and work in our favor. Those who succeed in this wonderful profession are focus on the what not the when. They know that others have achieved success by following the same system and they trust the process. They also have a BIG why that motivates them to hang in there long enough so that the law of average will work in their favor.
